Actor Katherine Heigl is opening her mind about being born into a "white bubble" and how the realisation has impacted how she parents her adopted multiracial children. She was in the movie "Firefly Lane" spoke to an interviewer that it didn't matter how dark her skin color was for her. However, after meeting her Korean-American adopted older sister, she realised the distinction in how people took care of her. I inquired of Meg if, when out with her parents, she was treated with a specific manner and when out alone, she got a completely different one. Meg said, 'Oh, sure, I've seen everything I've seen it all! Heigl said to her parents: "That was when I realized that my naivety had resulted in me feeling." She said that she was upset and believed she needed to channel her anger on helping the adopted children she has. Heigl has a four-year old son with her 13-year husband, Josh Kelley. They have took in Nancy Leigh (age 12) from South Korea and Adalaide (age 8), who is black and was adopted in 2009.
