Markie Post was born in the US and is an acclaimed actress. She's played the roles of Christine Sullivan the public defender on NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels, the bail bondswoman Terri in ABCs The Fall Guy drama series and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. As well as acting she is also a veteran of games shows. She was raised with siblings and brothers at Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's poetess wife Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her high school of choice. It was where she played cheerleader. After a brief stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post was married prior to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband, as well as co-writer since 1982. Together, they have two daughters. Post has inspired many Hollywood actors as a great actress, mother and wife. Early credits for her acting include a 1979 episode Barnaby Jones, the pilot episode of Simon &Simon Details at Eleven in 1981, and two episodes of The A-Team in which she played various characters from The Only Church in Town in 1983 as well as Hot Styles in 1984. She also appeared in Buck Rogers in the Twenty-First Century.
